LOOKING TO THE FUTURE OF ETA
In January 2010, the fundraising campaign, “1 Million People = $1 Million Dollars began. The purpose of the campaign is to raise money to renovate the additional 14,000 square feet of the building for teenagers to have a teen center. The teen center will serve the critical and central purpose of providing teens with a safe place to go within our community. They need a fun, relaxing and constructive environment in which to socialize, spend time together, and just be kids. A teen center can provide an enriching environment that encourages social, recreational, and educational growth. When renovation is complete, the expanded ETA Teen Center will have the following new spaces:
- Small gymnasium
- Fitness room
- Tutoring classroom
- Activities Area
- Game room
- Coffee bar
- Teen ‘Hang-out’ room
In a grassroots effort, we are asking our supporters to donate a minimum of $1 to support our project to expand and help fulfill our dream! Our organization relies on the generosity of friends like you to help us serve more individuals and families in our community. Therefore, all money raised directly benefits ETA Teen Center and is tax-deductible. Send all donations to: ETA Teen Center Inc./P.O. Box 1051/Louisville, KY 40201
